Yes. We do accept walk-in/ ad-hoc guests with a fee extra 25$ + Menu price list
Each pet has different needs when it comes to grooming, and the duration of your pet’s grooming depends on their size, haircut, condition of their coat, and their comfort level.
We can do an average of 2 hours for the grooming process if your pet meets requirements.
You will be given an approximate pick-up time when your dog is dropped off. All dogs must be picked up immediately following their appointment. If your dog is not picked up within 1 hour of their appointment, an extra fee of $35.00 will be applied to your invoice. Your pets may be held in a holding cage while waiting for picking up.
Unfortunately, we are not offered a stay during the grooming process. Because when pet sees their owner they will get excited and try to get to their owner. This can be hazardous as our team is working with sharp objects such as scissors or shavers, and we want to avoid additional excitement and stress.
We are flexible on working days by appointment and for Holiday requirements are Menu Price List + $75/hour.
