We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet for any reason including, without limitation if it appears that the pet is sick, injured, in pain, or that its behavior could jeopardize the health and safety of other pets, our staff.
Please kindly be informed that from time to time we do use gentle leaders to assist us in keeping dogs calm and correct unwanted behaviors.
Please kindly be informed that we will have a process to check your baby fur before grooming, if the coat’s conditions do not meet our standard but you wish to demat to maintain the coat a fee would be applied S55/hour.
All pets must be in good health. No coughing, sneezing, vomiting or diarrhea 48 hours prior to arrival.
If your pet has been treated for a contagious illness, we cannot accept your pet for at least 2 weeks from the last symptom.

Confirmations are emailed at the time of booking. Please be aware that we will send email reminders/calls/text for appointments.
Owners’ responsibility to ensure their appointment is attended or that a cancellation has been made if the appointment cannot be kept by reply.
Please note that we do require clients to cancel 24 hrs to at least 6 hrs prior to your booking scheduled appointment by call/emails/text without any fee.
If clients is not canceled and do not show up, a $25.00 cancellation fee (per time slot) will be applied to your account. And your account might need to do deposit or pre-paid for next booking
If 03 appointments are missed without cancellation you will be required to pre-paid for all future grooming appointments or you may be refused services.
If you need to stop by with your furry baby without booking in advance our team would still serve you but with extra 25$ + menu price list.
Holiday requirements for grooming would be an extra $55 + Menu Price list.
